You must make your reservations before November 3rd, 2010 to guarantee the special rates.

Visas are required for all nationalities except nationals from GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain), Western European countries (UK, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino and Liechtenstein) as well as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and South Korea.

The Organizer is pleased to facilitate exhibitors by assisting visa application process and you are required to prepare the following documents:

1. Form 17- Visa Application Form
2. Cash or Credit Card Payment of Visa Fee AED 240
3. Cash or Credit Card Payment of Medical Insurance Fee AED 60
4. 1 photo in JPG format
